We have a Pastor that truly loves being a pastor because he actually loves people. Our pastor is what we would call a “people person” because Jesus is a people person. Just as Jesus is a fisher of men, and called us to be fishers of men, our pastor has a passionate heart for the soul’s of people. He has served in the local church in just about every ministry for the past 20 years, in preparation of Kingdom Ministry. However, in his own words, "There is absolutely nothing that qualifies me to preach the Gospel EXCEPT by grace!" It’s this same grace that he extends and demonstrates in his everyday life, as he meets no strangers. He goes by the name P.M. (Pastor Marlon) and he is truly a supernatural-born teacher that loves to break down “the word” of God in order to build us up; as the Church.

This is our beloved leading lady, who prefers to simply be called L.A or Lady A.. She is a very loving and patient wife and mother (especially in being married to the pastor..wink) She is in crazy love with her Jesus, her man, and her kids and is also a passionate worshiper of God. Her voice is not only anointed, but her heart tender to His presence. L.A. leads our praise and worship team, affectionately known as “The Rain Band”. Don't be surprised to see Alisha on stage barefoot praising; giving the Lord, GLORY! L.A. also serves as the leader of our women’s ministry known as “The Beloved Beauties”. We are truly blessed to have a leading lady that loves God, loves her family, and loves the people she leads and serves. What an amazing example of love and virtue!
We are a Family Focused Church! One of the mandates and purposes that Our Lord has placed on this ministry is to make disciples by making family members. In other words, we are looking for our lost loved ones in the world. Oftentimes, we have found in ministry that family falls somewhere behind the great preaching, the great singing and music, the cosmetics of the church building, usher/greeter board meetings, deacon board meetings, fundraisers, bible study night, rehearsals. Come on friend, this simply cannot be the totality of ministry. We are not trying to bash any institution or particular ministry, but we must have a better application of family in the church. Family is the Lord’s ultimate purpose, plan, and passion. Marlon and Alisha Harris were husband/wife first and then parents before ever becoming church planters. With this said, the latter will not suffer for the sake of ministry. In fact, Reestablishing the family IS OUR FIRST MINISTRY and our ministry aims to include and edify every part of the family.
